The Big Challenges: Most Difficult Tasks Running a Tech for Good Project

December 10, 2018 By Joe Roberson

The Big Challenges: Most Difficult Tasks Running a Tech for Good Project

We thought they’d say “learning new ways of working”.

But not one of the five projects we asked named it as the biggest challenge they’d met in their first three months.

Instead they chose to talk about:

  • Recruiting user research subjects – from volunteers to adults to young people
  • Changing tech partner and making sure that partnership is set up right
  • Time – having enough project time across the team to build momentum
  • Holding on to the reigns of their ambition and not getting too far ahead of themselves!

Maybe these are the challenges they didn’t expect. Hear what they said.
