Four Insights That Changed How We Run Our Tech for Good Project

January 14, 2019 By Joe Roberson

Four Insights That Changed How We Run Our Tech for Good Project

We asked four of 2018’s programme cohort to share an insight that changed the way they work. Hit play to hear what they said.

We find it interesting that all four described insights into their users, because it shows that rather than rushing into the build stage they’d all been working to understand their users better first.

Here’s a quick summary:

  • “We are spending more time and energy engaging with users and other stakeholders.”
  • “We’ve changed our perception of who our user is, who our audience is. It’s not who we thought it would be.”
  • “We’re not being as novel as we thought, because our users already use this tech more than we realised.”
  • “We can work faster when we adopt a mindset to do so. And we can continuously go back and check in with our users.”
